GENERAL
 

x I have the right to refuse any request without reason

x You must understand that you will be receiving a digital product via email (or main contact provided) and there will be no physical copy sent to you.

x Works in progress or WIPs must be requested BEFORE the commission is agreed to.

x This service only provides commissions for what is given in the pricing (bust, waist-up, full body)

x Your commission may take longer to complete depending on how quickly you reply. (I will wait for your OK before continuing your piece, so please don't forget to give feedback.

x Works in progress will be watermarked and sent in stages (sketch, clean, color, and revisions)

PAYMENT/PRICING
 

x All payments are made through DA points only.

x Points will not be sent until we have discussed and agreed upon a price.

x Payments must be made in full before I start working on your commision

x The prices listed are BASES and I may adjust them based on the complexity of your request

x Prices are subject to change at any time

   (Commissions that have been discussed before the price change will remain unaffected)

REFUNDS
 

x There are no refunds once a commission has been completed.

x Full refunds can be made as long as I have not started your commission or I am unable to complete your commision

x Partial refunds are based on how much time I have spent working on your commision

USAGE
 

x Commissioned pieces may be used for personal and non-commercial purposes by only the commissioner.

x Commissioned pieces may not be altered, copied, traced, or redistributed for profit

x I retain full rights to the commissioned piece and I reserve the right to display commissioned work on my website(s), social media, blogs, portfolio, or Deviant Art gallery

   (If you prefer not to have your commission shared, please let me know before you commission me or within your commission request so that I may take that into consideration before agreeing to your request.
